I-Top Petals

My sister, who doesn't craft, got me the cool, new I-Top Brad Maker by Imaginisce for my birthday! Amazing how she knew it was coming out before I did...oh yah, I signed her up for Archiver's fliers, lol :) I loved their idea for using pictures on the large brads, and since I like to start with the hardest things first...voilĂ ! I made this little desk stand out of two 4x4 chipboard coasters, the back one acts as the easel.

The tool itself is very easy to use. The only thing I can really say, after seeing many questions about it, is that you do not get a smooth edge around the brad. It is a little rigid/folded, but if you look at the punches that go with it, you'll see why from the shape. I haven't tried it using circles yet. The DVD that comes with it shows them using a fabric circle, not a punch out. I'll be trying that in the near future! I personally do not think the edges are a big deal - I think it's more fun being able to make three different-sized brads of any paper or fabric that you like!!!
Thanks for looking!
